Our house, built in the 19th century, is located in the heart of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz, directly on the Schmachter See lake.
The lovingly and modernly furnished apartment features an open-plan living and dining area, a TV, a bathroom with shower/WC, and two bedrooms. It offers 65m² of space for four people.
The barbecue area on the property, which belongs to the apartment, invites you to linger and relax. A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Tourist tax is charged. Our beautiful, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just a 9-minute walk away.
Germany's largest and most beautiful island offers a variety of sights and fascinating landscapes, such as the Königsstuhl, the island's landmark, which can also be explored by boat. The same applies to the island of Hiddensee, Rügen's little sister. You can find relaxation on our extensive, fine-sand Baltic Sea and Bodden beaches. A ride on the "Rasende Roland" (Racing Roland) is fun for the whole family. A visit to the Galileo World of Knowledge in Prora and Karl's Adventure Village in Zirkow, as well as the 4.5km-long KdF complex in Prora, is also worthwhile. Hike through the treetops and enjoy the breathtaking view of the island. A visit to the Prora Treetop Walk is a must.
The apartment offers enough space for the family of four. A cot with separate mattress and changing mat can be booked if required.
A car parking lot is located directly on the property (also for large cars geeigent). From 01. May - 30. September you can book an beach chair.

The villa is located only a few minutes walk to the magical center, the pier and the magnificent spa.
Since it is a single parker, it can also be used for large cars/SUV/VAN.
