The apartment offers enough space for the family of four. For four adults, it should be a bit tight. A cot with separate mattress and changing mat can be booked if required.

Of course the villa has an elevator. A car parking lot is located directly on the property (also for large cars geeigent). From 01. May - 30. September a private beach chair belongs to the apartment.

The villa is located directly on the beach, yet only a few minutes walk to the magical center, the pier and the magnificent spa.

The apartment is located directly on the sea, in the best and most beautiful location.

Since it is a single parker, it can also be used for large cars/SUV/VAN.

You can use a charging station for electric vehicles on the parking space for a fee. This charging station charges up to 11KW and is only assigned to this apartment (no other apartments can be used).

4 Wochen vor Anreise: Restzahlung von 70% der Gesamtsumme

Die Bezahlung erfolgt per SEPA Überweisung.
Auf Anfrage wäre auch eine Zahlung per Paypal Freunde möglich, dieses erfragen Sie bitte per Mail.

Stornierungsbedingung:

Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird empfohlen.
Unsere Kosten bei einer Stornierung:

• bis zum 52. Tag vor Mietbeginn 30%,
• bis zum 36. Tag vor Mietbeginn 50%,
• ab dem 35. Tag vor Mietbeginn 70%,
• ab dem 10. Tag bis zur Anreise 100%.

Sollte von der Bundesregierung oder vom Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern ein Übernachtungsverbot für Binz verhängt werden, so können Sie gerne kostenfrei stornieren oder umbuchen!

Sollten Sie aber bei der Anreise aus einem Risikogebiet kommen oder eine angeordnete Quarantäne Ihrerseits vorliegen, ist unserseits eine kostenfreie Stornierung oder kurzfristige Umbuchung nicht möglich. Bei weiteren Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
